Society in Three Acts

Act 1: Fanaticism

We are mesmerized by the spectacle our leader stages. We salute his seemingly indomitable pronouncements. We think we finally found our liberator. Perhaps our obsession with melodrama has distorted our sense of truth. We can no longer distinguish conviction from performance.

Act 2: Stupidity

Congratulations, people! Our society has never been fragmented like a box of Lego bricks. A Rubik’s Cube we need to solve. But our situation is never that simple. One wonders if true unity is still possible. Cross your fingers. It will be a hell of a ride. Let’s choose our battles carefully, but never lose sight of the larger war against ignorance.

Act 3: Sheep

Our country has become a circus, and we continue applauding the performance. We wonder how this narrative will end.
